We were founded by Grayson "Beau" Preston. Preston was working in investment real estate, watching "flippers" sell their investments off for hundreds of thousands more than they purchased it earlier in the year. However, these properties were being taxed much closer to the after rehab value than the true value of when they purchased it. A short bit of research sparked a realization, central appraisal districts are overvaluing thousands of houses a year by well over six figures- and that's just flips! From this lightbulb moment was the conception of Presthaven. Based in Collin County, but with experience throughout the Metroplex, we operate on a steadfast commitment to fairness in taxation and helping property owners- be it your first home, an investment property, or anything in between.
